Over Labor Day weekend, I got to spend an afternoon with Becky and Andrew taking their engagement pictures at Mount Vernon. It’s been a while since I’ve been there, I’m embarrassed to admit, and it was just as beautiful as I remembered! And the location was so appropriate for this fabulous couple - they will be holding their January 2010 wedding reception at Mt. Vernon Inn AND Andrew is a U.S. History teacher! Andrew just returned from teaching English in Ecuador and is now teaching in D.C. public schools while Becky is working on her second year in Medical School! This couple is smart (obviously :), good-looking (also obvious :), and I can’t wait to photograph their winter wedding!!
