Photo Geek Fest

I am fortunate to have found a group of female photographers who are just as geeky as me.  With these ladies I can  talk about albums, equipment, contracts, weddings, engagement sessions, etc., for hours and hours (our husbands have actually witnessed this, with bored amazement).  A few weeks ago we combined our normal chat fest with a fun photo shoot.  We drove out to the beautiful LynnVale Studios in Gainesville, Virginia and practiced some new techniques.  We were fortunate to have the talented Atlanta photogapher, Sharon Wheaton, and her fabulous husband, Bowie, with us.  I have never witnessed a couple more in love and affectionate!!  Unfortunately, I was easily distracted by conversation and hanging out with the ladies so I didn’t take as many pictures as I should have.  Our goal, though, is to have these fun, experimental photo shoots once a month so there should be more dorkiness coming your way soon!
